The launch is ready in about 2 weeks from when we receive your logo, photos and information. It includes one round of changes to the website.
It does not include an online store, additional pages, logo design, professional photos or paid ads. You pay for the domain (about $20 a year) and it is registered in your name. The AI assistant is part of the Digital Partner plan.

Puerto Rico's Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC) has programs that reimburse part of small and midsize businesses' spending on marketing, websites and software. We help you prepare the application.
Before you start, keep in mind:
- Nothing spent before approval is reimbursed.
- Funds are limited and DDEC decides each application.
- No one can guarantee approval, including us.

Do I need to know about technology?
No. We set everything up and walk you through the basics, step by step, in English or Spanish.
How long does the launch take?
About 2 weeks from when we receive your logo, photos and information. If anything is delayed, we let you know.
Does the AI assistant answer on its own?
It answers common questions and takes orders. Anything it doesn't know, it passes to you. You review how it responds before it goes live.
Can I use my personal WhatsApp number?
Yes, but it becomes a WhatsApp Business account. If you also use it with family and friends, we recommend a separate number for the business.
Will DDEC pay for the service?
You could recover part of the cost if DDEC approves your application. The decision is DDEC's, and you have to apply before you spend.
Do I own the domain and the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the website is yours, even if you later cancel the monthly plan.
